7 Days Easy Replacement

All the products listed in the website are eligible for easy replacement, within 7 days of delivery, in an unlikely event of damaged, defective or different item delivered to you. Please keep the item in its original condition, with brand outer box, user manual, warranty cards, and original accessories in manufacturer packaging for a successful return pick-up. We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing replacement.

Shipping Fee

Once the order has been placed, and then if you refuse the shipment, you will be liable to pay the original shipping and the cost of returning the package. It will be directly deductible from the credit issued. Shipping fees are non-refundable as shipping of the product is taken from a different logistic company, once the product is dispatched from our warehouse the package will be completely in the hands of the logistics service providers. Change of delivery address

Easy Return Policy

NOTE: We do not issue refunds. We only provide replacements for manufacturing defects. Inform us about manufacturing defects within 48 hours of delivery.
