What if my package was marked delivered but not received?
If you didn’t receive your package, please follow the steps below:
Verify if the shipping address provided is accurate. If the address provided is incorrect, your package will most likely be returned to our facility and processed as a return to sender.
Check around the delivery location for your package as in whether your neighbor or roommate has accepted it on your behalf.
Check in with your local post office, as packages are often held there for pick up.
If the carrier confirms that the delivery has been made then Kadence does not issue refunds, credits for packages that have been lost or stolen.

Delivery Time Frame
At Kadence, we’re raising the bar on online music shopping with our new and enhanced delivery system, crafted to get your instruments and accessories to you faster, smoother, and more reliably than even before. With improved logistics and trusted delivery partners, most orders will now reach customers within approximately 7 working days from the date of dispatch, across various locations in India.
This enhanced delivery reflects Kadence’s commitment to creating a seamless worry-free shopping journey and continuously improving service standards for our customers.
That said, this initiative is a service enhancement and customer experience features only. It is intended to provide indicative timelines and does not constitute a guarantee, contractual commitment, or legally enforceable right. Delivery timelines may vary due to factors such as courier operations, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
7 Days Easy Replacement
All the products listed on the Website are eligible for easy replacement within 7 days of delivery, in an unlikely event of:
• Manufacturing defects
• Damage during transit
• Receipt of an incorrect product.
To be eligible for replacement, the product must be returned in its original conditions, including:
• Brand outer box,
• User manuals,
• Warranty cards, and
• Original accessories and packaging
Kadence reserves its right to request additional information, images, or clarification to verify any defect(s) or issue(s) in the product prior to approving a replacement.
Change of delivery address
Customers are requested to carefully verify their shipping and billing details before placing an order. Once an order has been placed and dispatched from the warehouse, changes to the delivery address shall not be possible.
Lost/ Stolen Package
Once an order has been successfully delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer, as confirmed by the delivery partner, Kadence shall not be responsible for any loss, theft, or non-receipt of the product thereafter.
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered at the time of checkout is complete and accurate. In the event an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the order is delivered at such address, Kadence shall not be liable to issue any refund, replacement, or credit note in respect of such delivery.
Easy Return Policy
At Kadence, we aim to make your shopping experience smooth and reassuring. In case of a manufacturing defect, we offer product replacements to ensure your satisfaction.
Manufacturing defects must be reported within 24 - 48 hours of delivery. Replacement requests must be initiated and the product returned within 7 days from the date of delivery. In absence of any defect being received within 24-48 hour period, it shall be presumed that the product was received in proper condition and free from any defects.
If a customer chooses not to receive a replacement, a credit note of the same order value may be issued. The credit note will be valid for 6 months from the date of issue and can be redeemed exclusively on kadence.in.
To help us process replacement requests efficiently, customers are encouraged to record a clear, unedited unpacking video at the time of opening the package. The video assists in faster verification of claims.
For orders placed without creating or signing into a Kadence.in account, customers will be required to register or sign in to initiate and track return or replacement requests.
Non-Eligible Return & Replacement Scenarios
Replacement or return requests may not be accepted in the following cases:
• Requests initiated or postmarked after 7 days from the date of delivery
• Physical damage caused after delivery
• Improper handling or maintenance
• Tuner key issues caused due to handling or usage
• Bridge popping out
• Normal wear and tear
Cancellation Policy
Orders may not be cancelled once dispatched. Cancelation requests prior to dispatch may be considered at Kadence’s discretion.
Guitar Warranty
Kadence provides a limited manufacturer warranty on guitars and other musical instruments for a period specified on the product page, coving manufacturing defects only. The warranty excludes normal wear and tear, misuse, improper maintenance, unauthorized repairs, or physical damage.
Guitar maintenance
Maintenance of a guitar refers to the regular care and upkeep that is required to keep the guitar in good working condition. This includes regularly cleaning the guitar, string replacement, tuning adjustments, and general care. Issues arising due to improper maintenance or neglect are not covered under warranty or replacement policies.
