7 Days Easy Replacement

All the products listed in the website are eligible for easy replacement, within 7 days of delivery, in an unlikely event of damaged, defective or different item delivered to you. Please keep the item in its original condition, with brand outer box, user manual, warranty cards, and original accessories in manufacturer packaging for a successful return pick-up. We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing replacement.

Shipping Fee

Once the order has been placed, and then if you refuse the shipment, you will be liable to pay the original shipping and the cost of returning the package. It will be directly deductible from the credit issued. Shipping fees are non-refundable as shipping of the product is taken from a different logistic company, once the product is dispatched from our warehouse the package will be completely in the hands of the logistics service providers. We extend our carrier-negotiated, discounted rates in order to give you the best and best shipping.

Change of delivery address

While placing your order, please make sure to double check your shipping address and billing information before submitting your order, once your order has been placed and dispatched from our ware house we are unable to make any changes as during the transition of the product unless it reaches the delivery location.

If you didn’t receive your package, please follow the steps below:

Verify if the shipping address provided is accurate. If the address provided is incorrect, your package will most likely be returned to our facility and processed as a return to sender.
Check around the delivery location for your package as in whether your neighbor or roommate has accepted it on your behalf.
Check in with your local post office, as packages are often held there for pick up.

If the carrier confirms that the delivery has been made then Kadence does not issue refunds, credits for packages that have been lost or stolen.

Easy Return Policy

NOTE: We do not issue refunds. We only provide replacements for manufacturing defects. Inform us about manufacturing defects within 48 hours of delivery. If you do not want replacement, we offer you a credit note which allows you to make a purchase from our website of the exact same amount that lasts up to 6 months from the date of issue. We encourage you to take your time in selecting your purchases, and of course feel free to reach out to us with any questions regarding sizing or styling! If your order was placed without registering or signing in to your kadence.in account; you will have to register, or sign into your Kadence.in account. We accept returns postmarked within 7 days from the delivery date. Before you make your purchase, make sure to check out this list of non-refundable items:
