Who you are buying from
This store is operated by Cresurge Private Limited (“Kadence”, “we”), GSTIN 29AAGCC1273J1ZI, registered at 3rd Floor, Manandi Plaza, St. Marks Road, Bangalore 560001, Karnataka, India.
Delivery time frame
At Kadence, we are raising the bar on online music shopping with our new and enhanced delivery system, crafted to get your instruments and accessories to you faster, smoother and more reliably than ever before. With improved logistics and trusted delivery partners, most orders will now reach customers within approximately 7 working days from the date of dispatch, across various locations in India.
This enhanced delivery reflects Kadence’s commitment to creating a seamless, worry-free shopping journey and continuously improving service standards for our customers.
That said, this initiative is a service enhancement and customer experience feature only. It is intended to provide indicative timelines and does not constitute a guarantee, contractual commitment or legally enforceable right. Delivery timelines may vary due to factors such as courier operations, weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
7 days easy replacement
All the products listed on the Website are eligible for easy replacement within 7 days of delivery, in an unlikely event of:
- Manufacturing defects
- Damage during transit
- Receipt of an incorrect product
To be eligible for replacement, the product must be returned in its original condition, including:
- Brand outer box
- User manuals
- Warranty cards
- Original accessories and packaging
Kadence reserves its right to request additional information, images or clarification to verify any defect or issue in the product prior to approving a replacement.
Change of delivery address
Customers are requested to carefully verify their shipping and billing details before placing an order. Once an order has been placed and dispatched from the warehouse, changes to the delivery address shall not be possible.
Lost or stolen package
Once an order has been successfully delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer, as confirmed by the delivery partner, Kadence shall not be responsible for any loss, theft or non-receipt of the product thereafter.
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered at the time of checkout is complete and accurate. In the event an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the order is delivered at such address, Kadence shall not be liable to issue any refund, replacement or credit note in respect of such delivery.
Easy return policy
At Kadence, we aim to make your shopping experience smooth and reassuring. In case of a manufacturing defect, we offer product replacements to ensure your satisfaction.
Manufacturing defects must be reported within 24 to 48 hours of delivery. Replacement requests must be initiated and the product returned within 7 days from the date of delivery. In the absence of any defect being reported within the 24 to 48 hour period, it shall be presumed that the product was received in proper condition and free from any defects.
If a customer chooses not to receive a replacement, a credit note of the same order value may be issued. The credit note will be valid for 6 months from the date of issue and can be redeemed exclusively on kadence.in.
To help us process replacement requests efficiently, customers are encouraged to record a clear, unedited unpacking video at the time of opening the package. The video assists in faster verification of claims.
For orders placed without creating or signing into a Kadence account, customers will be required to register or sign in to initiate and track return or replacement requests.
Non-eligible return and replacement scenarios
Replacement or return requests may not be accepted in the following cases:
- Requests initiated or postmarked after 7 days from the date of delivery
- Physical damage caused after delivery
- Improper handling or maintenance
- Tuner key issues caused due to handling or usage
- Bridge popping out
- Normal wear and tear
Cancellation policy
An order cannot be cancelled once it has been dispatched. A request before dispatch may be considered at our discretion, against a credit note.
In case of an exchange for an upgraded version, a size-related exchange, or an exchange requested for any reason other than a manufacturing defect, the customer will be responsible for both-way shipping charges (return and replacement delivery).

Kadence provides a limited manufacturer warranty on guitars and other musical instruments for a period specified on the product page, covering manufacturing defects only. The warranty excludes normal wear and tear, misuse, improper maintenance, unauthorised repairs or physical damage.
Guitar maintenance
Maintenance of a guitar refers to the regular care and upkeep that is required to keep the guitar in good working condition. This includes regularly cleaning the guitar, string replacement, tuning adjustments and general care. By placing a Partial COD order, you agree to the following terms:
- The advance payment is collected to reserve inventory, cover order processing, packaging and shipping preparation costs.
- The remaining balance is payable at the time of delivery.
- The advance payment is non-refundable if the customer cancels the order after it has been confirmed; refuses to accept the shipment at the time of delivery; the delivery fails due to an incorrect address, incorrect contact details or the customer being unavailable after multiple delivery attempts; or the shipment is returned because the customer failed to collect or accept the package.
- If the order is cancelled by Kadence due to stock unavailability or any issue preventing order fulfilment, the advance payment will be refunded to the original payment method.
- Approved returns or warranty claims after successful delivery will be processed according to the company's return and refund policy. The Partial COD booking amount does not affect the customer's statutory rights where applicable.
- Any applicable shipping charges, reverse logistics charges or other service fees may be deducted where permitted under the return and refund policy.
- Kadence reserves the right to refuse Partial COD service for customers with repeated order cancellations, refusals or fraudulent activities.
