Return, Replacement, and Refund Policy
Replacement window
All products purchased on Kadence.in are eligible for easy replacement within 7 days of delivery only in case of:
- Damaged product received
- Defective product received
- Wrong or different item delivered
What is not offered (Refunds)
Kadence.in does not offer refunds. Replacements are provided for eligible cases as mentioned above.
Manufacturing defect reporting (48 hours)
For manufacturing defects, customers must inform us within 48 hours of delivery.
If a customer does not want a replacement, Kadence may offer a credit note equal to the order value, valid for up to 6 months from the date of issue.
Mandatory unpacking video for replacement
A clear, unedited unpacking video is required for any replacement request.
Without this video, replacement requests cannot be processed.
Product condition required for pickup.
For a successful pickup and replacement, the product must be returned in original condition, including:
- Brand outer box
- User manual
- Warranty cards
- Original accessories in manufacturer packaging
Kadence may contact the customer to confirm the issue before approving a replacement.
Late requests
Replacement/return requests made after 7 days from delivery are not accepted.
Refused shipments and shipping charges
If the carrier confirms the order is delivered, Kadence does not issue refunds or credits for packages reported lost or stolen after delivery confirmation.
Order cancellation
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled.

- Photos of the product and packaging
- The required unpacking video
